General Terms and Conditions

  • Kandz by Keeonz is a brand under Keeonz Limited, specializing in curated luxury sourcing and international procurement.
  • All products are only confirmed and reserved upon receipt of deposit or full payment. Orders without payment may be sold to another customer.
  • Customers must contact us via private message before ordering. A formal quotation will be provided based on the requested product.
  • Orders are placed strictly according to the customer’s confirmed details. We are not liable for any errors once confirmed.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required after confirmation. For in-stock items or items under HKD$10,000, full payment is required.
  • After successful sourcing, customers will be notified to pay the remaining balance and provide delivery details before dispatch.
  • To ensure secure transactions, we reserve the right to verify customer identity and payment information. Any suspicious activity may result in order cancellation without refund.
  • We are not an official distributor, reseller, or affiliate of any featured brand and have no direct or indirect association with any trademark holders.
  • All brand names, logos, trademarks, and images remain the sole property of their respective owners. All content is shared for informational purposes only.
  • Customers must ensure they have the legal capacity and authority to place an order and accept full responsibility for the transaction.
  • If you have doubts or do not feel comfortable with our process, we strongly recommend not placing an order. If there is no trust, there is no business. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

In the event of disputes or uncertain situations, we will handle matters with fairness and professionalism. If a final decision is required, Keeonz Limited reserves the right to make a reasonable final determination.

Shipping Policy

  • After confirming the order and receiving payment (deposit or full), we will begin the sourcing process.
  • Once sourcing is completed, customers will be notified to settle the remaining balance (if any) and provide complete shipping information. Orders are only shipped after full payment is received.
  • Standard delivery time is approximately 10–20 business days, subject to supplier, customs, and courier variations.
  • Delivery is made via SF Express to the provided residential address or designated pickup point.
  • Free local shipping within Hong Kong is offered for orders over HKD$10,000.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
  • Once the parcel is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit, but we will assist in tracking.
  • All shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final once the order is confirmed. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all product details, images, and measurements before placing an order. Please contact us for clarification if needed.
  • Product images may vary slightly due to screen settings (e.g. brightness, resolution) or lighting conditions during photography. Such color variations are considered normal and are not grounds for return or refund.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds due to personal preference, including change of mind, dislike, unmet expectations, or sizing issues (unless we sent the wrong item).
  • If the item cannot be sourced, the deposit will be fully refunded and the customer will be notified.
